Kuala Lumpur Restaurant Week (KLRW) is back—and it’s bigger, bolder, and more flavour-forward. There are few better times to dine out in the city than now!
Running from 6 to 22 June, KL Restaurant Week 2025 brings together over 30 standout restaurants, each offering curated prix fixe menus that invite diners to explore new cuisines, revisit familiar favourites, and indulge in some of KL’s most refined plates—often at a fraction of the usual price, presenting a rare opportunity to enjoy high-calibre dining with less hesitation.
A prix fixe menu isn’t just a set meal. It is an invitation to experience a restaurant as its chef intends, with a narrative arc from appetiser to dessert. For diners, it means fewer decisions and better value. For the kitchens, it means the chance to showcase signature techniques and ingredients with intention.

Reservations are open to the public from 28 May, with early access for DiningCity VIPs on 27 May. Bookings can be made via restaurantweek.diningcity.my or the DiningCity app.
Participating Restaurants at KLRW 2025
This year’s full lineup showcases the breadth of KL’s dining identity—from MICHELIN-recognised Japanese counters and elegant French bistros to modern Asian kitchens and fiery Latin newcomers.
Some venues—like Aposto and Chez Gaston—deliver regional European flavours with artisanal precision, while others such as Shanghai Restaurant, Li Yen, and Niku29 uphold timeless East Asian traditions at five-star standards. There’s boldness at Frangipaani and Barraca, charm and comfort at The Steakhouse KL, and lush, resort-like dining at Tamarind Springs by Samadhi. Even within this wide spectrum, every restaurant contributes a unique voice to the city’s evolving culinary conversation.
With over 30 restaurants in total, KL Restaurant Week 2025 is not only a curated list—it’s a celebration of the many ways the city eats, shares, and expresses flavour.

Wagyu Kappo Yoshida on the 48th floor of Naza Tower is a discreet powerhouse of Japanese fine dining led by Chef Junichi Yoshida. The kappo-style omakase format offers diners a front-row seat to meticulously executed dishes, almost entirely centred around premium Japanese wagyu.
The usual experience is a splurge, but for KL Restaurant Week, guests can enjoy its signature, well-calibrated tasting at a more accessible price point—making it a rare chance to experience true kappo mastery without the usual price tag.

The dining experience at this Michelin Selected restaurant is at once homely and elevated, with beautifully presented dishes that honour heritage while exploring modern expression. The KLRW menu cleverly pulls together popular a la carte signatures, giving diners a smart overview of the Kayra ethos in one sitting.
